Vincent Ramos is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Population Change and the Department of Social Statistics and Demography at the University of Southampton. Concurrently, he is principal investigator of projects on Concentration, Representation, and Bargaining in Philippine Labor Markets and on the Life Course Consequences of Restrictive Covenants in Employment Contracts. His work has been published in Work, Employment and Society, European Journal of Population, and the Journal of Family and Economic Issues, among others. His current research interests are economic demography, labor market institutions, and select topics in social policy.
