John Mark S. Francisco is an Associate Professor at the University of Southeastern Philippines in Davao City. He currently serves as the Director of Resource Management, overseeing all income-generating projects at the university. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Technological Education Management. His research interests include technology development, intellectual property, and Technical Vocational Education and Training, with a particular focus on policy, regulations, curriculum, and training programs. Additionally, he teaches in the College of Education, covering graduate school programs in master of industrial technology and master of arts in education specializing in educational management, as well as the undergraduate program in Technical Vocational Education program.
