Farah Y. Sevilla is a communication practitioner and researcher who has been involved in research and development work in the areas of environmental and natural resources planning and management, indigenous peoples and local communities’ rights, and good governance. She is experienced in various assignments such as project development and management, research and advocacy, technical writing, and facilitation and knowledge creation.

She has been involved as researcher, author and/or editor for various publications by international and Philippines-based organizations. Farah is also part of a team developing a mobile marketplace app for bamboo products.

Farah is currently in the first semester of her PhD journey at the University of Technology Sydney.
