Noe John Sacramento is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Political Science at the University of the Philippines Cebu. His research interests lie in political dynamics, policy analysis, and critical policy studies, with particular attention to deliberative practice, informality, emotions, narratives, and critical pragmatism. His current work explores how local wisdom, community value systems, and local practices serve as empirical sources of policy knowledge in policy analysis across Southeast Asia, particularly in the Philippines. He is also leading a co-authored book project titled Policy Analysis in High Inequalities, which examines youth engagement in policy practice in Asia, and co-editing the forthcoming volume Policy Analysis in the Philippines.
