Loverly Barquez is a Court Attorney at the Court of Appeals in the Philippines. With a strong academic foundation, she holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas and a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of the Philippines. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the Australian National University. Her professional and academic interests center on public international law, geopolitics, and security, with a focus on the intersection of law and international relations in the Asia-Pacific region.
