Atty. Josiah Patrick Bagayas is a Filipino lawyer and career diplomat. He currently serves as Foreign Service Officer at the Office of Treaties and Legal Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines. Atty. Bagayas has likewise taught law school courses in constitutional law, human rights law, and clinical legal education. He obtained his bachelor's degree in public administration and Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He is also pursuing a master's degree in political science specializing in comparative politics in the same university. He is a part of the Young Leaders Program of Pacific Forum and an allied attorney of Alliance Defending Freedom International.
