Haroro J. Ingram is an honorary senior fellow with the School of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Queensland and a 2025 Harry Frank Guggenheim Distinguished Scholar. He has two decades of experience, mostly spent working in conflict-affected environments, advancing security, stabilisation, and peace. His professional focus is on the psychosocial and strategic drivers of state and non-state political violence, with particular emphasis on influence operations and cognitive warfare. Haroro has worked in the Philippines for over eight years including as Director of the Philippines program at the United States Institute of Peace and now in a private capacity.
